[目的]调查一起艾滋病病毒(HIV)职业暴露情况及所采取的措施。[方法]通过对事件的调查及实验室检查,判断暴露级别并预防性服药,同时监测暴露源。[结果]此次事件为一起公安民警在工作中误扎手指而引起的HIV职业暴露,经预防性用药后监测,未感染HIV。[结论]采取普遍性防护原则对预防艾滋病或HIV职业暴露极其重要,加强对相关人员的职业暴露培训,可减少艾滋病职业暴露的风险。 [Purpose] To investigate a case of occupational exposure to HIV and the measures taken. [Methods] Through the investigation of the events and laboratory tests, the level of exposure and prophylactic medication were determined, and the sources of exposure were monitored. [Results] This incident was a HIV occupational exposure caused by a police security officer’s mistake in fingering during work. After preventive medication, HIV was detected. [Conclusion] Adopting the principle of universality protection is extremely important to prevent occupational exposure to HIV / AIDS or HIV. Occupational exposure training for related personnel should be strengthened to reduce the risk of occupational exposure to HIV / AIDS.
