我国广告业在近年来取得了突飞猛进的发展,然而,伴随而来的虚假广告也呈现出泛滥增长的势头。虚假广告的有效治理及对我国广告法制进行合理完善,成为理论和实践领域的重要议题。因此,针对我国虚假广告的现有问题,并结合我国现有广告法律规范等内容,通过法经济学分析解读我国虚假广告的立法缺陷,从而对我国虚假广告立法治理进行合理完善就具有了巨大的理论和实际价值。
The advertising industry in our country has made rapid development in recent years. However, the accompanying false advertisements also show the momentum of rampant growth. The effective management of fake advertisements and reasonable perfection of legal system of advertising in our country have become important topics in both theoretical and practical fields. Therefore, in view of the existing problems of our country’s fake advertisements, combined with our country’s existing laws and regulations of advertising etc., we analyze the legislative defects of fake advertisements in our country through legal and economic analysis so as to reasonably perfect the legislation of our fake advertisements. Theoretical and practical value.
