目的:研究手术前后肺癌患者外周血CD4~+CD25~+调节性T细胞(Treg)的比例变化,探讨其与肿瘤免疫的关系。方法:采用流式细胞术检测38例手术前后肺癌患者和35例健康对照者外周血CD4~+CD25~+Treg占CD4~+T细胞的比例。结果:肺癌患者手术后外周血CD4~+CD25~+Treg占CD4~+T细胞的比例为(13.27±3.15)%,显著低于手术前的(19.76±3.42)%(P<0.05);手术前显著高于对照组(10.46±2.87)%(P<0.05),而手术后与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:肺癌患者手术切除肿瘤后,外周血CD4~+CD25~+Treg水平明显下调,有助于肺癌患者免疫功能的恢复,增强肿瘤的免疫应答和抗瘤作用。
Objective: To study the changes of CD4 ~ + CD25 ~ + regulatory T cells (Tregs) in peripheral blood of patients with lung cancer before and after operation, and to explore its relationship with tumor immunity. Methods: Flow cytometry was used to detect the percentage of CD4 ~ + CD25 ~ + Treg in CD4 ~ + T cells in peripheral blood of 38 patients with lung cancer before and after operation and 35 healthy controls. Results: The percentage of CD4 ~ + CD25 ~ + Treg in CD4 ~ + T cells in peripheral blood of patients with lung cancer was (13.27 ± 3.15)%, significantly lower than that before operation (19.76 ± 3.42)% (P <0.05) (10.46 ± 2.87)% (P <0.05) before surgery, but no significant difference between the two groups after operation (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: The level of CD4 ~ + CD25 ~ + Treg in peripheral blood of patients with lung cancer is significantly down-regulated after surgery. It is helpful for the recovery of immune function in lung cancer patients and enhances the immune response and anti-tumor effect of the tumor.
