论述了虚拟轴机床在机械加工中的优势,针对东北大学开发研制的新型三杆三自由度虚拟轴机床试验样机无运动耦合、实现球面运动容易等突出优点提出了一种新型球面刀具轨迹生成方法及虚拟轴机床两轴半加工的概念,指出了方法的适用范围.
The advantage of the virtual axis machine tool in machining is discussed. A new type of spherical tool path generation method is proposed based on the outstanding advantages of the new three-axis three-degree-of-freedom virtual axis machine tool prototype developed by Northeastern University without kinematic coupling and easy movement of the spherical surface. And virtual axis machine tool two-axis semi-machining concept, pointed out the scope of application of the method.
