如今,2008年爆发的国际金融危机仍在影响着世界经济。此次危机暴露了全球金融体系和金融监管中存在的诸多制度缺陷——金融机构高管过高的薪酬水平便是其中之一。截至目前,世界各国金融监管机构对高管薪酬的规制已经在“薪酬的有效治理”、“利益相关者的参与和监督”以及“薪酬同审慎的风险倾向相匹配”等方面取得了长足进步。不过,有关当局在未来仍有必要从事前、事中、事后3个方面对薪酬制度继续进行完善。
Today, the international financial crisis that erupted in 2008 is still affecting the world economy. The crisis exposed many of the institutional deficiencies in the global financial system and financial regulation - one of them being the over-remuneration of executives of financial institutions. Up to now, the regulation of top management in financial supervisory organizations around the world has been in the “effective governance of remuneration ”, “stakeholder participation and supervision ” and “remuneration with prudent risk propensity ” and so on Great progress has been made. However, it is still necessary for the relevant authorities in the future to continue to improve the pay system in three aspects, that is, before, during and after the incident.
