奥巴马和多个国家谈了数年的自贸谈判终于有些眉目了,却遭到美国国会的阻拦。对美国总统奥巴马来说,今年最尴尬的事情,无疑是《跨太平洋战略经济伙伴协定》(TPP)一度在国会搁浅。他极力鼓吹的自贸谈判,和多个国家也淡了数年,终于有些眉目了,却遭到美国国会的阻拦,这真是个国际玩笑。美国这种“自废武功”的做法,不由让人想起了近100年前的往事。第一次世界大战后,美国总统威尔逊提出了国际联盟的主张,并因此获得了1919年诺贝尔和平奖。不想他回到国内,国会却毫不留情地拒绝了美国加入国联的主张。颇有意思的是,威尔逊和奥巴马都是民主党人。
