目的为了解长春市宽城区农贸市场食品卫生状况,找出影响食品卫生的因素,为提高农贸市场食品卫生质量提供科学依据。方法选择具有代表性的农贸市场,采取随机抽样的方法采集6类食品样品,按《GB/T4789-2003食品卫生微生物学检验方法》进行检测。结果对1127件直接入口食品的卫生质量进行了微生物学检测,合格率为80.92%,所有样品均未检出致病菌。结论酱卤肉类和豆制品污染程度较重,合格率分别为66.27%和70.21%;油炸类食品污染较轻。
Objective To understand the food hygiene status of farmers market in Kuancheng District of Changchun City, identify the factors influencing food hygiene and provide a scientific basis for improving the quality of food hygiene in the farmer’s market. Methods A representative farmer’s market was selected. Six types of food samples were collected by random sampling method and tested according to GB / T4789-2003 Food Hygiene Microbiological Test Method. Results The hygiene quality of 1127 imported food products was tested by microbiology with a pass rate of 80.92%. No pathogens were detected in all the samples. Conclusions There is more pollution in sauce and meat products with the qualified rate of 66.27% and 70.21%, respectively; the fried food is less polluted.
