建立了高效液相色谱法测定苄达赖氨酸滴眼液中的抗氧剂硫代硫酸钠。采用XAqua C18色谱柱,以四丁基硫酸氢铵水溶液(取四丁基硫酸氢铵0.85 mg,加水至1 L)为流动相A,乙腈为流动相B,梯度洗脱,检测波长214 nm。硫代硫酸钠在20~80?g/ml范围内线性关系良好;平均回收率为100.6%,RSD为0.9%。
A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was developed for the determination of sodium thiosulfate, an antioxidant in benzyl-Lysine eye drops. The mobile phase A was acetonitrile-mobile phase B with gradient elution with a tetrabutyl ammonium hydrogen sulfate aqueous solution (0.85 mg tetrabutylammonium hydrogen sulfate and water up to 1 L) using a XAqua C18 column with a detection wavelength of 214 nm. The sodium thiosulfate showed a good linearity in the range of 20-80 μg / ml with an average recovery of 100.6% and a RSD of 0.9%.
