目的分析建立紫外分光光度法,测定动物组织中盐酸克伦特罗的含量。方法对盐酸克伦特罗标准溶液进行全波长扫描,以确定最佳吸收波长,在此波长处制作盐酸克伦特罗标准曲线,进行动物组织中盐酸克伦特罗的含量测定。结果在95%乙醇溶液中,吸收波长为247nm,盐酸克伦特罗在4.84~38.72mg/L范围内线性良好。结论该方法操作简便,耗材少,其准确性、线性关系良好。
Objective To establish and establish a UV spectrophotometry to determine the content of clenbuterol in animal tissues. Methods Full-wavelength scanning of clenbuterol standard solution was performed to determine the optimal absorption wavelength. The standard curve of clenbuterol was prepared at this wavelength, and the content of clenbuterol hydrochloride in animal tissues was determined. Results In 95% ethanol solution, the absorption wavelength was 247 nm, and the linearity of clenbuterol was 4.84 ~ 38.72 mg / L. Conclusion The method is simple, less consumables, and its accuracy and linearity are good.
