发展近零能耗建筑已经是世界各国开展建筑节能工作的重要手段,如何在建筑设计中寻找经济合理的设计参数及技术方案越来越受到关注。本文在研究优化算法的基础上,建立了基于Genopt和TRNSYS以全寿命周期成本为目标函数的优化计算工具用于建筑技术方案的优化,并以寒冷地区某典型高层居住建筑为例进行了优化计算,结果表明该方法可用于求解建筑全寿命周期成本最优的技术方案。本文研究成果为近零能耗建筑工程实践和理论研究提供了参考。
The development of nearly zero-energy buildings is already an important means of building energy-saving work in all countries in the world. How to find economical and reasonable design parameters and technical solutions in building design is getting more and more attention. Based on the study of optimization algorithms, this paper establishes an optimization calculation tool based on Genopt and TRNSYS, which takes the life-cycle cost as the objective function, and optimizes the construction technology scheme. Taking a typical high-rise residential building in cold area as an example, , The results show that the method can be used to solve the optimal construction cost of the entire life cycle of the program. The research results of this paper provide a reference for the practice and theoretical research of near-zero energy building engineering.
