8月31日至9月1日两天,假座本市龙坛湖公园京华食苑茶楼。召开了茶业宏观经济研讨会,邀请原在农业、外贸、商业、科研等部门搞茶叶工作的老同志王达、王广智、吴甲选、吴育、施云清、陆尧、夏世华、张大为、高麟溢等11人参加座谈。会议由“茶人之家”顾问施云清、夏世华主持。大家就茶叶生产,内贸、外贸等方面,畅所欲言、实话实说、回顾历史、面对现实、分析问题、提出建议。大家认为,90年代后,茶叶上产生问题的原因很多,主客观都有,但主要还是宏观失控恶性竞争。随着改革深化,茶叶经营渠道和经济成份的多样化格局已经形成,但市场规范、宏观管理的工作滞后,法规、行
