研究了Mg-6Al-1Zn-1.8Gd-0.9Y镁合金的高温蠕变行为。结果表明:Mg-6Al-1Zn-1.8Gd-0.9Y合金在50MPa、150℃的蠕变量为0.86%,稳态蠕变速率为1.8×10~(-8) s~(-1);经热处理后的合金在50MPa、150℃的蠕变量为0.36%,稳态蠕变速率为8.9×10~(-9)s~(-1),基本可满足高温下的使用要求。铸态合金在50MPa下的蠕变激活能为24.3kJ/mol,热处理后的合金在50、70MPa下的蠕变激活能分别为23.4、34.3 kJ/mol,这与晶界滑移激活能接近。
The creep behavior of Mg-6Al-1Zn-1.8Gd-0.9Y magnesium alloy at high temperature was studied. The results show that the creep of Mg-6Al-1Zn-1.8Gd-0.9Y alloy at 50MPa is 0.86% at 150 ℃, and the steady-state creep rate is 1.8 × 10 -8 s -1. The heat treatment of the alloy at 50MPa, 150 ℃ creep amount of 0.36%, steady creep rate of 8.9 × 10 -9 s -1, basically meet the high temperature requirements. The creep activation energy of the as-cast alloy at 50 MPa is 24.3 kJ / mol, and the creep activation energy of the alloy after heat treatment at 50 and 70 MPa is respectively 23.4 and 34.3 kJ / mol, which is close to the grain boundary slip activation energy.
