随着数控机床应用领域的日益扩展,其功能越来越齐全和强大,设备的结构日趋复杂化,导致机床维修保养的难度越来越高。本文针对数控皮革切割机,对机床的工作原理、故障现象进行分析,根据典型故障建立故障树,得到故障树的结构函数。然后对故障树进行定性分析,得到故障树的最小割集,利用最小割集对机床故障率进行预测。实验表明,当故障发生时从顶事件开始从上向下对事件进行遍历,即可找出故障原因。
With the increasing application of CNC machine tools, its functions become more and more complete and powerful, and the structure of equipment is becoming more and more complicated. As a result, it is more and more difficult to maintain and repair the machine tool. In this paper, the numerical control leather cutting machine, the working principle of the machine tool, the phenomenon of failure is analyzed, the fault tree is built based on typical failures, the fault tree structure function. Then the fault tree is qualitatively analyzed, the minimum cut set of the fault tree is obtained, and the minimum cut set is used to predict the failure rate of the machine tool. Experiments show that when the fault occurs from the top event to traverse the event from top to bottom, you can find out the cause of the fault.
