目的更好地与死因监测及肿瘤危险因素监测工作相配合,完善慢性病监测体系。方法通过对2014年香坊区社区中心、医疗机构上报的所有心脑血管疾病发病死亡数据进行汇总、分析。结果 2014年心脑血管病发病例数11 799人,男性6 258人,女性5 541人。其中心血管疾病患者有723人,脑血管疾病患者有11 076人;心脑血管疾病的发病情况主要以40岁以上人群为主,发病情况随着年龄的增长而升高,其中70~79岁组发病率最高,≥80岁组发病率开始下降。心脑血管病死亡例数1 569人,男性880人,女性689人;其中急性心梗、脑出血、脑梗塞死亡例数均为男性高于女性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心脑血管疾病中急性心梗的死亡率最高;死亡的人数随着年龄的增长而明显增加,各个年龄段男性的死亡率高于女性,在75~79岁年龄组女性的死亡率要高于男性。结论香坊区慢性非传染性疾病的工作重点是心脑血管疾病的预防。
Objective To better cooperate with the cause of death monitoring and monitoring of tumor risk factors and improve the chronic disease surveillance system. Methods Based on the data of deaths of all cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases reported by community centers and medical institutions in Xiangfang District in 2014, the data were collected and analyzed. Results The incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in 2014 was 11,799, including 6,258 males and 5,541 females. Among them, there are 723 patients with cardiovascular diseases and 11 076 patients with cerebrovascular diseases. The incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases is mainly in those over 40 years of age, and their incidence increases with their age, of which 70-79 years The highest incidence of the group, ≥ 80-year-old group began to decline in the incidence. There were 1 569 deaths from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, including 880 males and 689 females. Among them, the number of deaths from acute myocardial infarction, cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction were both higher in males than in females, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease has the highest mortality rate of acute myocardial infarction; the number of death increased significantly with age, the mortality rate of males of all ages is higher than that of females, the death rate of females in 75 ~ 79 age group is higher than male. Conclusion The focus of chronic non-communicable diseases in Xiangfang District is the prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
