今年3月初,微软CEO比尔·盖茨先生亲赴深圳发布基于Windows CE的“维纳斯计划”;紧接着,3月25日,中科院正式推出了“女娲计划”与之相抗衡。对于这两件事情,新闻和大众都表示出了极大的关注。“维纳斯计划”、“女娲计划”之所以成为当今IT产业的热点,因为它们都代表了IT发展的新方向——“三C”的结合,即计算机(Computer)、通信(Communication)和消费电子产品(Consumer Electronics)三为一体。
At the beginning of March of this year, Microsoft CEO Bill Gates went to Shenzhen to publish the “Venus Plan” based on Windows CE. Then, on March 25th, the Chinese Academy of Sciences officially launched the “Women’s Plan” to compete with them. News and the public have expressed great concern about these two things.
