患儿:女,13岁。1995年1月5日入院。生后24小时之内排胎便,第3天排黄便。患儿于1年前,无明显诱因出现腹胀,腹部起包块,便秘,每7～8天一次,大便干硬呈球状,伴呕吐。食欲差,体重下降,不发热,患儿靠口服果导片维持排便。此病症影响患儿的正常生活,被迫休学。发病前,无便秘史,无肠炎及毒物接触史。体检:发育稍差,体重32 kg,高度腹胀,上中腹部见巨大肠形和蠕动波,肠鸣音亢进。肛诊:肛门位置正常,无狭窄,直肠空虚。
Children: Female, 13 years old. January 5, 1995 admission. Discharge within 24 hours after birth will be the first three days row yellow. Children in a year ago, no obvious incentive to abdominal distension, abdominal mass, constipation, once every 7 to 8 days, stool dry and hard were spherical, with vomiting. Poor appetite, weight loss, no fever, children rely on oral lead to maintain defecation. This condition affects the normal life of children, was forced to leave school. Before onset, no history of constipation, no history of enteritis and toxic exposure. Physical examination: slightly less developed, weighing 32 kg, a high degree of abdominal distension, see the large abdominal and peristalsis in the abdomen, bowel sounds hyperthyroidism. Rectal examination: anal position normal, no stenosis, rectum empty.
