油画作为一种舶来的艺术表现形式,传入中国已有一百多年的历史。自油画传入中国之后,油画民族化就一直是绘画界关注的热点问题。20世纪初期,徐悲鸿、吴冠中、林风眠、刘海粟等老一辈艺术家就对中国油画民族化问题进行了深入的探讨,并取得了许多成就;20世纪中后期,创作有“中国气派”的油画成为艺术家们的追求,立足本土艺术。如今,许多画家都强调中国油画的本土意识,力求创造出新的油画表现方式,挖掘本民族艺术,并将民族元素巧妙地运用到油画中,这已成了我国油画民族化的新思潮。
As an imported art form, oil painting has been introduced into China for over 100 years. Since the introduction of oil painting in China, the nationalization of oil painting has always been a hot topic of concern to the painting circle. In the early 20th century, the older artists such as Xu Beihong, Wu Guanzhong, Lin Fengmian and Liu Haisu explored the nationalization of Chinese oil painting in depth and achieved many successes. In the mid and late 20th century, the artists with “Chinese style” Oil painting has become the pursuit of artists, based on local art. Nowadays, many painters emphasize the local consciousness of Chinese oil painting, and strive to create new oil painting ways, excavate the national arts, and apply national elements cleverly to oil paintings. This has become a new trend of nationalization of oil painting in our country.
