中药盆炎康胶囊是治疗慢性盆腔炎的有效方药,是指导老师吴高媛教授根据中医学理论和前人经验,经多年临床实践创立并研制的。在临床观察证实有肯定疗效的基础上,我们对本方药进行了抑菌、抗炎作用的实验研究。 1 抑菌试验 本实验采用观察盆炎康对妇科常见致病菌的体外抑菌作用,测最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。
The traditional Chinese medicine, Panyankang Capsule, is an effective prescription for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. It was developed by the instructor Wu Gaoyuan after many years of clinical practice based on Chinese medicine theory and previous experience. On the basis of clinical observations confirming the positive effects, we conducted experimental studies on the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects of this drug. 1 Antibacterial test In this experiment, the antibacterial effect of Panyankang on gynecological pathogenic bacteria was observed in vitro and the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was measured.
