环己烷由于在回收过程中,会产生一些杂质,杂质的含量会对环己烷的使用性能产生影响,因此,应该注意加强回收环己烷中杂质的定性及定量分析。本文采用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS法)对回收环己烷中杂质的含量进行分析,并以常见的两种杂质——有机酸与有机酯为例,分析并探讨了GC-MS法在定性及定量分析中的应用。结果表明:两种杂质的标准曲线相关性系数(r)均在0.98以上,回收率为96.43~99.60%范围内。
Cyclohexane as a result of the recovery process, will produce some impurities, the content of impurities will have an impact on the performance of cyclohexane, therefore, should pay attention to strengthen the recovery of impurities in cyclohexane qualitative and quantitative analysis. In this paper, GC-MS was used to analyze the content of impurities in recycled cyclohexane. By using two kinds of common organic acids and organic esters as examples, the GC-MS Application of Law in Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis. The results showed that the correlation coefficients (r) of the standard curves of the two impurities were above 0.98 and the recoveries were in the range of 96.43 to 99.60%.
