医院绩效管理是医院日常管理的重要手段之一,绩效管理的核心是激励管理,能够有效激发医院员工的积极性,对于医院的医疗质量和水平提高起到了积极作用,但是医院与其他企业有所不同,在绩效管理和激励管理上有一定的特殊性和复杂性,因此医院管理人员应提高对激励管理的重视,积极研究和探索激励管理的新方法和新措施,提升医院绩效管理水平。
Hospital performance management is one of the most important means of hospital daily management. The core of performance management is incentive management, which can effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of hospital staff and play a positive role in improving the quality and level of medical care in hospitals.
