在全球经济一体化的新形势下,企业只有不断提高自己的自主创新能力,拥有核心的技术和知识产权,才能够在市场上主动出击。无论是专利权还是商业秘密,都是企业的自主知识产权,都涉及企业核心技术的保护方法;越来越多的中国企业在走向国际化过程中,都越来越重视对商业秘密的保护。相对于申请专利可能遇到的核心技术变成“公开的技术”的顾虑,借助国家科技秘密保护核心技术不失为另一种好方式。
