对某厂房内大型深基坑开挖无对顶支护工艺进行了研究与创新,通过利用深基坑旁原有设备基础采用植筋拉锚支护的新工艺,结合桩基托换法,解决了厂房内施工环境狭长、挖土极其困难的施工技术难题,并通过计算变形量与实际测量结果分析对比,提出了拉锚法支护结构的适用范围。
The research and innovation on the non-heading support technology of large-scale deep foundation pit excavation in a factory are carried out. By using the new technology of planting tendons and anchors supported by the original equipment foundation beside the deep foundation pit, combined with the pile foundation underpinning method, The technical problems of construction in the factory are narrow and excavation is extremely difficult. The calculation range of the deformation and actual measurement results are analyzed and compared, and the applicable scope of the anchorage-supporting structure is put forward.
