目的 :探讨端粒酶活性与肾细胞癌之间的关系。方法 :采用改良TRAP法对 32例肾细胞癌组织及正常肾组织和可疑癌旁组织中端粒酶活性进行检测 ,同时了解其与临床生物学特征的关系。结果 :32例肾细胞癌组织中端粒酶强阳性 17例 ,阳性 12例 ,阴性 3例 ,阳性率 91% ;32例正常肾组织中端粒酶弱阳性者仅 2例 ,阳性率 6 % ;可疑癌旁组织阳性者 6例 ,阳性率 19%。三组端粒酶活性比较 ,阳性率差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :肾细胞癌组织中端粒酶活性检出率高 ,特异性强 ,无假阳性和假阴性。提示端粒酶活检测可作为判断肾肿瘤恶性程度的标记物 ,并可能成为判断肾肿瘤预后的一项指标
Objective: To investigate the relationship between telomerase activity and renal cell carcinoma. Methods: The telomerase activity in 32 renal cell carcinoma tissues, normal renal tissues and suspected paracancerous tissues was detected by modified TRAP method. Meanwhile, the relationship between telomerase activity and clinicopathological features was also studied. Results: Among 32 cases of renal cell carcinoma, telomerase was strongly positive in 17 cases, positive in 12 cases and negative in 3 cases, the positive rate was 91%. In 32 cases of normal renal tissue, telomerase weak positive was only 2 cases, the positive rate was 6% ; 6 cases of suspected paraneoplastic tissue positive, the positive rate of 19%. Three groups of telomerase activity comparison, the positive rate difference was significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: The detection rate of telomerase activity in renal cell carcinoma is high, the specificity is high, and there is no false positive or false negative. Tip telomerase activity test can be used as a marker to determine the degree of malignancy of renal tumors, and may be a prognostic indicator of renal cancer
