沥青路面由于行驶车辆轴载作用发生振动,为有效收集沥青路面振动能量,提出了一种安置于路面下的六边形多悬臂梁压电俘能器。建立了俘能器与路面相互作用的有限元模型,分析了俘能器的不同埋设深度对路面变形、俘能器的发电能力和最大应力值的影响,得出俘能器合适的埋设深度应在路面30mm以下。研究了埋设在路面下40mm处俘能器的发电能力,得出了俘能器的各个结构参数对发电能力的影响,结果表明俘能器在沥青路面40mm以下,在轴载0.7 MPa作用下,其中单个悬臂梁压电振子产生电压约120.481V,产生的电能约为0.658mJ,行车荷载作用下沥青路面结构振动频率约为15Hz,在该频率下获得电能功率为9.87mW。
Due to the vibration of the asphalt pavement due to the axial load of the traveling vehicle, a hexagonal multi-cantilever piezoelectric catapult placed under the road surface is proposed in order to effectively collect the vibration energy of the asphalt pavement. The finite element model of the interaction between the catapult and the road surface is established. The influence of the different depths of the catapult on the deformation of the road surface, the generating capacity of the catapult and the maximum stress value is analyzed. The suitable embedment depth of the catapult is obtained 30mm below the road. The power generation capability of the catchers buried at 40mm under the road surface was studied. The influence of various structural parameters of the catchers on the power generation capacity was studied. The results show that under the effect of the axial load of 0.7MPa, Among them, the voltage of a single cantilever piezoelectric oscillator is about 120.481V, the generated electric energy is about 0.658mJ, the vibration frequency of asphalt pavement structure under the driving load is about 15Hz, and the power of electric energy is 9.87mW at this frequency.
