介绍了CIMS中飞行控制系统(FCS)的投标决策系统的研制开发, 该系统根据招标要求, 辅助决策者进行技术可行性论证, 并通过风险评审和多目标模糊决策等手段, 对各个方案进行综合评价, 最后生成标准投标书. 系统中, 使用了面向对象技术, 并集成了有关CAD等软件, 大大提高了项目技术经济论证的水平, 为今后飞行控制系统参加国内外竞标提供了示范模式和有力支持.
This paper introduces the research and development of the bidding decision system of flight control system (FCS) in CIMS. The system assists the decision-maker to carry out technical feasibility argumentation according to the requirements of bidding, and integrates various schemes through risk assessment and multi-objective fuzzy decision-making Evaluation, the final standard bid. The system uses object-oriented technology and integrates CAD-related software to greatly improve the level of technical and economic feasibility of the project. It provides a demonstration mode and strong support for the future participation of flight control system in bidding at home and abroad.
