压入式沉桩是以较小的静压力,使桩克服土体的阻力,把预制钢筋混凝土桩沉入预定的标高,从而获得较大的承载力的桩基工程。近年来,上海地区的压入式沉桩有较大的发展。压入式沉桩由于没有锤击式的锤击应力,因此桩的配筋及混凝土强度等级相对于打入式沉桩要求要低。本文通过工程实例,主要对压入式沉桩的承载力及桩基沉降等做了一些测试工作,对压入式沉桩的压桩阻力、特别是对压入式沉桩的最大深度及压载以及桩持力层等问题提出了新的建议和看法。
Push-in type sinking pile is a pile foundation project with smaller static pressure, so that the pile overcomes the resistance of soil and sinks prefabricated reinforced concrete piles into predetermined elevations to obtain larger bearing capacity.
