介绍了电解沉积铝层与黄铜基体在摩擦磨损条件下的力学性能。用单摆冲击划痕法测定了破膜最大切向力和法向力及镀层与基体剥离所消耗的能量,并研究了扩散处理对其力学性能的影响。
The mechanical properties of the electrodeposited aluminum layer and brass substrate under friction and wear conditions are introduced. The maximum tangential force and normal force of the rupture membrane and the energy consumed by peeling off the coating and the substrate were measured by pendulum impact and scratch method. The effect of diffusion treatment on the mechanical properties was also studied.
