作者用透析方法分离蚯蚓提取物并观察了可透析组分对MGc803胃癌细胞~3H-TdR参入的影响.实验结果:①该组分可抑制胃癌细胞的~3H-TdR参入(实验组1776±217cpm,对照组2118±183cpm,P<0.01);②该组分经56℃加热0.5h,上述抑制作用仍然存在(加热组1808±407 cpm,对照组2118±183cpm,P<0.05);③该组分加热处理与否对胃癌细胞~3N-TdR参入的抑制作用无显著差别(实验组1776±217 cpm,加热组1808±407cpm,P>0.05).这些结果表明,蚯蚓提取物透析组分具有直接抑制MGc803胃癌细胞生长的作用.该作用不因加热到56℃而消失,提示蚯蚓提取物透析组分具有一定的耐热性.
