中国企业管理协会、中国企业家协会积极组织企业管理国际交流活动,努力发展同国外企业管理团体的友好往来,通过组织企业经营管理人员和经济工作者访问、考察、进修、参加国际会议、合作研究、引进人才、接待来访、举办国际讲座等活动,广泛学习、吸收、借鉴国内外市场经济和企业管理理论、经验和方法,为企业提供交流、洽流合作的机会,帮助国内外企业建立联系,促成中外合资、合作项目。十多年来,同日本、美国、德国、法国、瑞士、澳大利亚、新加坡等42个国家和地区的67个组织建立了友好合作关系和经常性往来。
