湄潭体育场看台罩棚为茶叶形自由曲面,罩棚采用空间管桁架结构,通过树形支撑与下部混凝土看台相连。采用参数化方法来提高自由曲面结构的建模效率,对关键节点和杆件进行精细化建模并建立多尺度计算模型,同下部混凝土结构进行总装分析。分析结果表明,对组合结构进行总装分析可以合理考虑下部混凝土结构对上部钢结构的弹性约束;多尺度模型权衡了分析结果的精度和计算消耗的时间,弥补了宏观模型分析忽略关键节点尺寸效应的不足,能够对关键节点进行精细化分析,使节点的受力分析结果更为真实。
Meitan Stadium bleachers stand for the tea-shaped free-form surface, shed shed space truss structure, through the tree-shaped support and the lower concrete stands connected. Parametric method is adopted to improve the modeling efficiency of free-form surface structure. The key nodes and bars are refined and the multi-scale calculation model is established. The assembly analysis of the lower concrete structure is carried out. The analysis results show that the assembly analysis of the composite structure can reasonably consider the elastic constraints of the lower concrete structure on the upper steel structure. The multi-scale model weighs the accuracy of the analysis results and the time consumed to calculate, which makes up for the macroscopic model analysis ignoring the size effect of the key nodes Insufficient, the key nodes can be refined analysis, the node stress analysis results more real.
