通过现场试验和理论计算,对Q345R钢在转炉冶炼中的回硫现象进行了分析。结果表明:入炉原料、转炉渣碱度、铁水脱硫残渣和转炉留渣等对回硫都有一定的影响。在相同冶炼工艺条件下,入炉原料硫含量高是造成Q345R钢冶炼过程回硫的主要原因,控制辅料和铁水带入硫是降低钢水终点硫含量的重要手段。在此基础上,提出了Q345R钢冶炼过程中减少回硫的控制方法及措施。
Through the field test and theoretical calculation, the phenomenon of sulfur recovery of Q345R steel in converter smelting was analyzed. The results show that the raw materials, converter slag alkalinity, hot metal desulphurization residue and converter slag stay have a certain impact on the desulphurization. Under the same smelting process conditions, the high sulfur content of the raw material into the furnace is the main reason for the sulfur recovery during the smelting process of Q345R steel. The control of auxiliary materials and the incorporation of molten iron into the sulfur are important means to reduce the sulfur content of the molten steel. On this basis, the control methods and measures of reducing sulfur back to sulfur during Q345R steel smelting process are proposed.
