本文将人力资本投入分为人力资本的时间量投入和人力资本质量投入,利用Probit模型,基于2012年世界银行对中国企业的调查数据进行实证分析。发现在中国制造业中,小型企业的创新产出与每周工作时间、存在显著的相关性,企业平均受教育年限对企业创新有负面影响,对生产给工人的培训及非生产性工人的培训均不存在显著的相关性;中型企业和大型企业的创新产出与每周工作时间存在显著的相关性。
This paper divides human capital into human capital investment and human capital quality investment, and uses Probit model to make an empirical analysis based on the 2012 World Bank survey of Chinese enterprises. Found that in China’s manufacturing industry, there is a significant correlation between the innovative output of small-sized enterprises and working hours per week. The average years of education of enterprises have a negative impact on the innovation of enterprises, and the training of production workers and non-productive workers There was no significant correlation between them; there was a significant correlation between the innovative output of medium- and large-scale enterprises and weekly working hours.
