目的 :为了探讨rhGM -CSF对恶性肿瘤化疗后粒细胞减少并发真菌感染的疗效。方法 :治疗组 15例 ,联合化疗后白细胞平均为 0 .8× 10 9/L均合并真菌感染 ,采用rhGM -CSF15 0 μg~ 30 0 μg/d皮下注射 ,平均7.5d ;对照组 15例 ,随机抽样未使用rhGM -CSF以前的类似病例 ,采用传统的升白细胞及抗真菌药物治疗。结果 :治疗组和对照组口腔念珠菌感染治愈时间分别为 (4.1± 0 .4 8)d和 (7.1± 0 .97)d ,肠道念珠菌感染分别为 (4.5± 0 .2 3)d和 (7.5± 0 .75 )d ,两组比较均P <0 .0 1,肺部真菌感染各 1例 ,治疗组 14d治愈 ,对照组 1例死亡。结论 :rhGM -CSF对粒细胞减少合并的真菌感染有良好的疗效。
Objective: To investigate the effect of rhGM-CSF on neutropenic fungal infection after malignant tumor chemotherapy. CONCLUSION: rhGM-CSF has a good curative effect on neutropenic fungal infection.
