铝合金中硅铜铁的测定已有许多资料报导,而我厂黑色金属和有色金属材料的分析均有,各立一套试剂比较麻烦。本文借钢铁分析中分光光度法测定硅铜铁配制的试剂及显色条件,用于铝合金中相应元素的测定,免去另立一套试剂的麻烦,测定结果也满意。分析一个试样仅须一个多小时。其主要分析步骤如下。称取0.050—0.200克试样于银坩埚中,用20毫升20%氢氧化钠溶液加热分解並蒸发至糊状,移入盛有20毫升硝酸的200毫升容量瓶中,以水定容。移取10毫升试液以钼蓝
