部队年轻干部在工作、生活中的挫折、失意事件发生频率较高。家庭和睦、单位人际关系处理及社会适应能力、个人认知能力的发展不平衡性,在少数年轻干部心理上产生了不同程度的不安全感、失落和失助感,由此引起不同程度的焦虑、抑郁、敌意等不良情绪反映。这既影响干部的身体健康,亦对部队执勤训练产生影响。笔者提出两点调试方法,供读者诸君参考。一、教育受挫年轻干部走出个性误区,构建良好
