一、概述:此法系从矿石中钨、钼的催化极谱测定简化、改进而来.即试样经碱熔后,利用钨、钼在硫酸——苦杏仁酸——氯酸钾介质中的催化反应,使钨在原点电位-0.5伏处出现较灵敏的导数波,其相对灵敏度为1微克/克;钼在0伏处出现常规波,其相对灵敏度为0.5微克/克.钨在0~6微克/25毫升、钼在0~8微克/25毫升范围内,均有较好的线性.按本法试验的测定范围,钨为1~60微克/克;钼为0.5~30微克/克.超出此量可调整取样量.此法经2166个试样的生产考验,钨、钼的合格率分别为98.18和99.55%,不存在系统误差.较熟练的操作人员,其生产效率为25个试样/工作日.
