在 M_8诱导培养基申附加适当的2,4-D、NAA、Kt、6-BA 和4pu-30等激素,对籼粳、籼籼交水稻 F_1的花药进行培养。结果表明,在8种处理中,以2.4-D 2mg/L 加 NAA 2mg/L、Kt 1mg/L、6-BA 0.5mg/L 对籼粳交材料平均愈伤组织(7.7%)虽略低于其它5个处理(8.94%~11.88%),但绿苗分化率最高(17.74%)。对籼籼交水稻的出愈率(0.61%)虽低于其它两个处理(13.5%~15.3%),但绿苗分化率(50%)和花药培养力(0.3%)都明显超过其它处理(分别为0~7.69%和0~0.1%)。2,4-D 与 NAA 配合附加不同的细胞分裂素分别比单独用2,4-D 或2,4-D配 Kt 的处理的花药培养力高.附加激动素对愈伤组织的发生有抑制作用,但能提高绿苗分化率.6-BA 与激动素的作用相似。4pu-30与2,4-D、NAA 配合,有利于愈伤组织的产生,但有降低其质量的趋势,且与其它细胞分裂数有拮抗作用。
Anther of indica-japonica rice and indica-indica hybrid rice F_1 was cultured with appropriate 2,4-D, NAA, Kt, 6-BA and 4pu-30 in M_8 induction medium.
