许多水闸工程的启闭机械是油钢丝绳连接闸门,通过钢丝绳的传动来实现闸门的启闭。因而水闸工程钢丝绳用量多,其养护难度之大,历来是水闸工程管理人员最为棘手的一大难题。 过去,水闸工程钢丝绳上油养护的常用方法有油煮法、外刷法和油盒法等。这几种上油养护方法工艺复杂,劳动强度大,油料浪费严重,施工周期长而保护周期短。多年来的实践证明,这些方法很难做到理想养护,也很难被管理人员所接受。 今年以来,周口沙河闸在进行钢丝绳的养护过程中,经过工程技术人员的探索实践,创造了一种油料自然渗透新工艺。它克服了以前上油养护方法的缺点,显示出许多优点,在运用中收到了良好的效果。
