《菜根谭》云:忧勤是美德,太苦则无以适性怡情:淡泊是高风,太枯则无以济人利物。身处市场经济大潮的现代律师,如何在物欲横流的环境下认真把握自己,坚持科学的发展观,是摆在当代中国律师面前的一个难题。律师人生的发展,概括地讲其实也只有7个字:做人、做事、做文章。而这三方面的有机结合,则又构成了现实当中律师人生应当跨越的三个平台。 “Cai Gen Tan” cloud: Worry is a virtue, too bitter is not suitable for pleasure: Indifferent is a high wind, too dry, no economic benefits. Nowadays, the modern lawyers who are in the tide of market economy, how to take themselves seriously in a materialistic environment and adhere to a scientific outlook on development are a difficult problem for contemporary Chinese lawyers. Lawyer life development, in fact, only seven words: life, work, make an issue. The organic combination of these three aspects constitutes the three platforms in which lawyers' life should be crossed in reality.
