目的:研究人垂体腺瘤中Myc/Max/Mxi1网络的异常。方法:58例垂体腺瘤分组:非侵袭性与侵袭性垂体腺瘤;小腺瘤与大腺瘤;复发性与非复发性垂体腺瘤。采用免疫组化ABC法检测不同分组中的Myc,Mxil和Max的表达。结果:垂体腺瘤中Myc的过表达率45%,Mxil和Max的缺失率为90%和86%。Myc阳性率及表达强度在侵袭组与非侵袭组,复发组与非复发组中均差异有显著性意义。58例肿瘤组织中31例有1种以上的因子异常,而正常脑组织中仅1例异常。结论:Myc/Max/Mxi1网络异常与垂体腺瘤的发生和发展关系密切,Myc/Max/Mxi1网络系统具有调节垂体肿瘤细胞的增殖与分化功能。Myc的表达是预测垂体腺瘤生物学行为及预后的良好指标。
Objective: To investigate the abnormalities of Myc / Max / Mxi1 network in human pituitary adenomas. Methods: 58 cases of pituitary adenoma group: non-invasive and invasive pituitary adenoma; small adenoma and adenoma; recurrent and non-recurrent pituitary adenoma. Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to detect the expression of Myc, Mxil and Max in different groups. Results: The overexpression rate of Myc in pituitary adenomas was 45%, and the deletion rates of Mxil and Max were 90% and 86%. Myc positive rate and expression intensity in invasive group and non-invasive group, recurrence group and non-recurrence group were significantly different. In 58 cases of tumor tissue, 31 cases had more than 1 factor abnormality, while only 1 case of normal brain tissue was abnormal. Conclusion: The abnormal Myc / Max / Mxi1 network is closely related to the occurrence and development of pituitary adenoma. The Myc / Max / Mxi1 network system regulates the proliferation and differentiation of pituitary tumor cells. Myc expression is a good predictor of biological behavior and prognosis of pituitary adenomas.
