通过小配合试验研究在载重汽车子午线轮胎胎侧胶中添加不同用量废旧轮胎胶粉对胶料性能的影响,通过大配合试验研究添加10份胶粉对胎侧胶性能和成品轮胎耐久性能的影响。结果表明:随着胶粉用量增大,胶料的硬度变化不大,定伸应力和拉伸强度降低,撕裂强度提高;用量在30份以下的胶粉对胶料耐屈挠龟裂性能影响不大;随着胶粉用量增大动态条件下胶料耐臭氧老化性能略有下降;添加10份胶粉的胎侧胶能满足成品轮胎耐久性能的要求。
The effect of adding different amounts of waste tire rubber powder on the rubber compound performance of the truck side radial rubber tire was studied through the small cooperation test.
