建筑技术的不断发展,推动着建筑机械设备的不断更新换代。在现代化建筑的发展中,越来越多的建筑都在不断向着智能化发展,这就需要在建筑工程的施工中运用到更多的机械设备来完成整个建筑的正常运行与管理工作。为了能够保证建筑机械设备的安装质量能够达到技术规范的要求以及建筑运行的需要,必须要在建筑机械设备安装的过程中加强管理,提高监理水平,以规范建筑机械设备的安装市场,保证业主的合法权益。因此我们应该采取有效的方法和措施加强管理,以充分发挥建筑机械设备效能,保证建筑工程安全经济施工。本文就建筑机械设备安装管理中存在的几个问题和解决方案作了探讨,希望为建筑机械设备的安装管理提供一定的借鉴作用。
