我厂有台100kW、8000Hz倍频式中频电源,用于对工件的加热以及对工件表面淬火处理。要判断该中频电源是否有故障,只要听听中频电源工作时发出的中频声音就可判断出。工件加热时中频电源发出正常的中频声音,加热结束(也就是逆变停止工作)时中频声音轻微。中频电源有“早停”故障(即尚未到设定的停止加热时间,逆变器就自行关断停止加热),此时会发出沉重的“咯特”声。这种提前停止加热现象会越来越严重,直至中频电源不能起动。下面介绍几个维修实例:
