目的了解当前中学生常见健康相关问题的聚集模式,并探讨其影响因素。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法抽取湖南省5583名中学生作为调查对象。利用系统聚类方法对9种常见中学生健康相关问题进行聚类,计算具有各类健康相关问题学生的比例。采用无序多分类logistic回归分析各类健康相关问题的影响因素。结果 (1)斗殴、交通违规、焦虑、饮酒、自杀意念、抑郁、网络成瘾、吸烟、性行为等9种常见健康问题的检出率分别为70.4%、63.1%、23.5%、21.9%、17.8%、12.6%、5.5%、3.1%、2.1%;(2)9种健康相关问题被聚为三类:交通违规和斗殴类、焦虑和抑郁类、社会行为类(网络成瘾、喝酒、吸烟、性行为、自杀意念);(3)logistic回归发现:地区、年级、性别、家庭功能效标4个变量为交通违规、斗殴类问题聚集的影响因素(P<0.05);家庭功能效标、父母教育方式为焦虑抑郁类问题的影响因素(P<0.05);地区、学校级别、年级、性别、最近半年内家中有无出现对家人身心有较大影响的事件、家庭功能效标、父母教育方式7个变量为社会行为类问题聚集的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论当前中学生常见的健康相关问题存在一定程度的簇集现象,其共性因素包括地区、学校级别、年级、性别差异、最近半年内家中出现对家人身心有较大影响的事件、家庭功能的好坏、父母外控性的强弱。
Objective To understand the current aggregation patterns of common health-related problems among middle school students and to explore the influencing factors. Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select 5583 middle school students in Hunan Province as the survey subjects. Using the method of cluster analysis, the health related problems of 9 common middle school students were clustered to calculate the proportion of students with various health related problems. Disorderly multi-class logistic regression analysis of various health-related issues affecting factors. Results (1) The detection rates of nine common health problems including fights, traffic irregularities, anxiety, drinking, suicidal ideation, depression, internet addiction, smoking and sexual behavior were 70.4%, 63.1%, 23.5% and 21.9% 17.8%, 12.6%, 5.5%, 3.1% and 2.1%; (2) Nine health-related issues are grouped into three categories: traffic violation and fighting, anxiety and depression, social behavior (Internet addiction, Smoking, sexual behavior and suicidal ideation). (3) Logistic regression showed that the four variables of district, grade, gender and family functionality were the influencing factors of traffic irregularity and fights (P <0.05) (P <0.05). There were no significant changes in the family members ’psychosocial or psychological factors, such as district, school grade, grade, gender, family events, parents’ Seven variables of the mode of education were the influencing factors of social behavior problems (P <0.05). Conclusions There are some common clustering phenomena of common health problems among middle school students. The common factors include regional, school grade, grade and gender difference. In the last six months, family members have a greater influence on their body and mind. , The strength of external control of parents.
