圆叶无心菜对重金属Pb吸收能力强。为解决Pb污染矿区植物修复所需大量种苗问题,以圆叶无心菜的顶芽和嫩茎为外植体材料,对其组织培养条件进行了研究。结果表明:外植体在MS+6-BA 0.2 mg/L+NAA 0.02 mg/L的培养基上能较好的诱导出愈伤组织,MS+6-BA 1 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L是适合芽的分化的最佳培养基,MS+6-BA0.1 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L是诱导生根的最佳培养基。但组培中污染和假植后成活率低的问题有待进一步研究。
Circular leafless cabbage heavy metal absorption capacity of Pb. In order to solve the problem of a large number of seedlings required for phytoremediation in Pb-contaminated mining areas, the top culture and shoots of the unripe cabbage were used as explants to study their tissue culture conditions. The results showed that the explants could induce callus better on MS + 6-BA 0.2 mg / L + NAA 0.02 mg / L medium with MS + 6-BA 1 mg / L + NAA 0.1 mg / L was the best medium for bud differentiation. MS + 6-BA0.1 mg / L + NAA 0.5 mg / L was the best medium for inducing rooting. However, the problem of low tissue survival rate after contamination in tissue culture and post-implant treatment needs further study.
