采用油酸与二乙醇胺和硼酸为原料,以DNW型树脂做催化剂,在155~160℃,减压的条件下合成了含氮硼酸脂润滑油添加剂,研究了催化剂和反应时间对反应出水量和产物收率的影响。在原料配比恒定,催化剂用量为7%,减压脱水反应6.5 h的条件,收率可达到91.7%。用FT-IR表征了含氮硼酸酯的结构,四球试验机和SEM测试含氮硼酸酯的摩擦学性能,并考察了水解稳定性和相溶性。结果表明:含氮硼酸脂润滑油添加剂具有良好的水解稳定性和相溶性,能显著提高基础油的抗磨极压性能,当添加量为1%时,磨斑直径和能够减小到0.39 mm,最大无卡咬负荷(PB)提高到510 N。
