实训基地建设是校企合作研究领域中的主要内容之一,国内外许多专家学者对此进行了深入研究,并取得了诸多成果。文中介绍了几种发达国家成熟的职教模式中校企合作实训基地建设的研究内容,同时对近年来的国内高职领域的实训基地建设研究成果进行了简单梳理,以期为我国高职教育专业教学与实践联合的改革措施有一定的启示。
The construction of training base is one of the main contents in the field of university-enterprise cooperation research. Many experts and scholars at home and abroad have conducted in-depth research and achieved many successes. This paper introduces the research content of the construction of school-enterprise cooperation training base in several mature vocational education modes in developed countries. At the same time, it briefly reviews the research results of the training base construction in the field of higher vocational education in recent years, There is some enlightenment on the reform measures of joint teaching and practice in education.
