患者男,16岁,汉族,内蒙人。1982年11月5日就诊。患者足月顺产,出生时约9市斤。生后即发现双手及双足六指(趾)畸形。幼时肥胖,但智力发育与同龄儿童无差别。小学三年级开始学习成绩明显下降,五年级辍学。13岁始两眼发花,视物模糊,近一年多来视力障碍逐渐加重。每日饮水约3～4斤,每餐约6～7两。血压:120/80mmHg,体温37℃,脉搏115次/分,身高1.46米,体重80公斤。两眼球有水平性震颤,右眼视力10厘米指数,左眼视力20厘米指数。网膜血管细,且有散在黑色素沉着,双侧黄斑中心反射不清,
