改革的春风,带着新的活力吹遍了内蒙古大兴安岭林区,也吹暖了林业工人的心。这春风正在化作实现四化、开创新局面的动力,推动着林业生产建设不断向前。我伴着这强劲的春风,来到全国十个标兵贮木场之一的库都尔林业局小九亚贮术场。这个场是1973年正式建场,1975年被纳入甲级商品化管理贮木场,1978年又被林业部命名为标兵贮木场。这个贮木场为什么有这样快的进步?原因很简单,概括起来讲,就是他们真心实意地把国家、集体、个人三者利益有机的结合起来,彻底克服了吃“大锅饭”的弊端,在一些根本问题上敢于改革、敢于创新。

This field was formally established in 1973 and was incorporated into the Class A commercialized storage yard in 1975. In 1978, it was named as a model storage yard by the Ministry of Forestry. The reason why the storage yard has such a rapid progress? The reason is very simple, in summary, that is, they really sincerely combine the interests of the country, the collective and the individual, and completely overcome the shortcomings of eating the “big pot”.
