目的:探讨核磁共振在膝关节损伤诊断中的应用价值.方法:抽取70例采用核磁共振检查发现的膝关节损伤患者临床资料,对其进行回顾性分析.结果:70例患者经核磁共振检查发现:韧带损伤9例,骨损伤37例,半月板损伤42例,关节腔积液59例,均经关节镜、手术或临床检查证实.结论:核磁共振检查对骨骼与软组织的病变有较高的分辨率,能够清晰地显示半月板、韧带、滑膜、肌腱等形态、位置及其损伤的病理变化和病变程度,不仅无创,而且诊断准确性高,是膝关节损伤时理想的诊断方法.“,”[Summary]Objective:To investigate the application value of MRI in the diagnosis of knee injuries.Methods:Retrospectively analysed the clinical data of 70 patients with knee injury confirmed by taking an MRI. Results:MRI showed 70 lesions: ligament injury in 9 cases,bone injury in 37 cases,meniscus injury in 42 cases,joint effusion in 59 cases.Al diagnoses were confirmed by arthroscopic or surgery or clinical examination. Conclusion:MRI has a higher resolution in bone and soft tissue examination,can clearly show the pathological changes and the severity of the meniscus,ligaments, synovial,tendon injury,is both a non-invasive examination,but also has a high diagnostic accuracy.Therefore,MRI is the the ideal diagnostic method of knee injury.
